Approved items may be returned for exchange or refund subject to Betsy Ross Flag Girls return policy. All product returns MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by an authorized representative of Betsy Ross Flag Girls.
To request your RMA, please call 1-800-BETSY-ROSS. RMAs are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
All RMAs must be written clearly on outside of box. All return/exchanges without visible RMA will be refused and returned to shipper at shipper's expense.
New merchandise may be returned for refund up to 10 days from original receipt date. (No refunds on used merchandise; exchange/store credit only.) All returns must include the original sales receipt. Betsy Ross Flag Girls does not refund any shipping charges and all returns must be shipped to Betsy Ross Flag Girls at customer's expense. To qualify for a refund, merchandise must arrive in new condition with original label/tickets still intact. Betsy Ross Flag Girls will refuse or not process any return made without an RMA number.
Betsy Ross Flag Girls does not issue refunds on Special Order merchandise.
By law, Betsy Ross Flag Girls reserves the right to take up to 30 days from date of cancellation or receipt and inspection of merchandise to post refunds to purchasing credit card.
A 15% restocking fee will apply to all merchandise refunds of $75 or more.
Merchandise may be exchanged for up to 30 days from original receipt date. All exchanges must include original sales receipt. Special Order Merchandise is sold as "ALL SALES FINAL". No refunds or exchanges.
Betsy Ross Flag Girls posted policy is "All orders processed by Betsy Ross Flag Girls will usually ship out within 1 week." Any order cancelled within this 1 week time period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 15%.
Betsy Ross Flag Girls suggests you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express, or any service that will be able to track packages and confirm delivery. Betsy Ross Flag Girls is not responsible for lost or mis-directed packages.
All Returns/Exchanges will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. All products must be returned in original condition with tags still intact.
All returns must be shipped to Betsy Ross Flag Girls FREIGHT PREPAID. If it is determined that the return is due to manufacturers quality or Betsy Ross Flag Girls error, freight charges will be refunded in full.
